I’m a bit embarrassed to say, but as a wedding planner, my method for keeping track of contacts was to sit down a week before the wedding, go through all contracts and emails, and add every relevant party to my phone’s address book. As a result, my contact list is full of miscellaneous best men, maids of honor, caricature artists etc, and not in an organized fashion!
