We just rolled out some improvements that will help you shine when you’re working with your vendors and venues!
As you know, Timeline Genius lets you invite your clients, vendors, and venues to access timelines online. And you can manage each person’s access rights on an item-by-item basis.
And the good news is… As of today, when you invite your vendors and venues to a timeline, they do NOT need to create an account to access it. Just like your clients, vendors and venues can simply click a link and go directly to the timeline — making it a cinch for them to share their feedback.
As a further convenience, your vendors and venues still have the option to create a Timeline Genius account. This way, if they work with you frequently, they can access a dashboard showing all the timelines you’ve shared.

Regardless of how your vendors and venues choose to collaborate with you, we let them know there is no fee. And they won’t receive any marketing messages from us.
