You can now send custom timelines and checklists to ANY group thanks to our hot new feature!
THE UPGRADE
We’ve added customizable “Timeline Types” and “Checklist Types” to your events. This allows you to label items and tasks however you want. And when it’s time to send a tailored timeline, you can create it based on those labels.
Here are some ways you can start using this hot new feature right now:
- Make a custom “ceremony” timeline type and download a PDF with just your ceremony items.
- A “guys” tag can allow you to easily send a tailored timeline specifically for the groom and groomsmen.
- Label your checklist items however you want… try tags for “catering,” “wedding design,” or “guest list.”
How you use these labels is up to you! And when you reuse a timeline as a template, these custom labels will move with it, saving you time and effort as you plan weddings your way.
HOW IT WORKS
Find the Timeline Types option on the right-hand side of your events, next to your familiar favorites like “Clients,” “Vendors,” and “Wedding Party Members.” It’s also available at the bottom of your full timeline and under the “ASSIGN” tab. So it’s easy to find and use!
When you toggle over to an event checklist, you’ll find Checklist Types there as well.
