WEDDING PARTY ROLES
We’ve made wedding day communication even smoother. Now, you can see each wedding party role (bride, groom, maid of honor, etc.) clearly displayed in the “REMIND” tab of each event. No more guesswork or switching tabs. Send day-of texts with total confidence.
CHECKLIST DATE RANGES
Our checklist feature is becoming even more powerful, and your feedback has been a big part of that. Now, you have more control over the date ranges within your checklists.
Head over to your account preferences and select from these checklist grouping options:
- Detailed: 10 granular time groupings (great for high-volume planners!)
- Simple: 8 clean, streamlined groupings (perfect if you prefer a less cluttered view)
ALL TASKS VIEW IMPROVEMENT
Have you been using the “All Tasks” view in Timeline Genius? This master checklist allows you to see your entire wedding planner task list across all your events.
Now, you can easily jump to each event from that All Tasks view by simply clicking the name of the event. As always, you can still manage the task from both the All Tasks view or within the individual event. This includes editing the task, changing the due date, or checking it as complete (well done!).
