Create more thorough wedding day timelines, with all the details exactly where your vendors will read them.
Our 2 new features will help your timelines include all wedding day details while still having a clean layout and easy readability.
You can now upload a PDF as an image page. This means your full timeline packet can easily include all your wedding day information.
We also added a “no time” option on timeline items. Keep reading to discover ways you can use these new features as you create impressive and thorough wedding day timelines.
All Your Wedding Day PDFs in One Place
How many separate attachments do you store for each wedding? You’ve got your timeline, then the floor plan. Venue access info and the end-of-night clean up list. There’s the BEO and a rental order that you’re still updating the day before.
Now it’s easier than ever to bring all your separate event PDFs under one single file.
Introducing: Add PDF Page.
This new feature works just like our newly released ‘Add Image Page’ option, except this time it supports PDF uploads.

Here’s how we made this work even better for you:
- Your PDF can include multiple pages. They’ll all be in your timeline download, right where you need them.
- Assign these PDFs only to the people who need to see them. The DJ gets the venue access info, but they don’t need the 4-page BEO.
- Your timeline PDF now includes all the other PDFs that were once separate files. So when the DJ prints off your timeline, their venue access info is already a part of that packet. No separate attachments that you have to hunt down and resend on the wedding day.
- Your full timeline is ready to print, ready to use, and (if you need to) ready to hand off. It’s never been easier to have all the wedding day info handy.
And remember: you can move the image page anywhere in your timeline by going to “timeline actions” –> “reorder sections.”
Timeline Items with No Times: How It Works (and the Wedding Planner Behind the Idea)
Our other new feature came straight from wedding planner Laura Detwiler, who wanted a way to add timeline items without timestamps.
“For both our team and the client, organizing and reading the information is much easier when it is broken down by event rather than only by day,” Laura said. “It is also important that we can prominently display the venue associated with each event.”
This small change can make a big impact on how your timeline appears. Combine it with unique fonts or spacing to create headers within your timeline.

For example, you can now make a unique line to call out a “Getting Ready” block of your timeline, or add a header to your reception portion.
For Laura, her high-end weddings often have multiple events each day.
“Each event may have a different venue, setup, timeline, and set of needs,” Laura said. “We do not want to clutter by creating separate timelines, especially since many of our clients use the same vendors across a whole weekend of events.”
Now, you can clearly headline different aspects of the day. Laura can clarify the parts of her timeline that are for “Rehearsal Dinner at the Terrace” and “Welcome Party at the Beach.” You can distinguish “Getting Ready Morning” from “Vendor Arrivals.”
This new, customizable feature empowers you to create timelines that work for your wedding planning business.
More Ways to Use “No Time” Items
You can also add notes and images within your timeline, without needing to put a time stamp on them.
This is going to make your timelines easier to read, and enable you to add even more details within the itinerary.
If you have an issue with vendors reading through the actual timetable but not referring to the notes sections that come at the end of your full timelines, this can help you meet them where they are. Your relevant notes and images can live right in the timetable.
